America Car Shows Inc. (“ACS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates AmericaCarShows.com and affiliated pages including our DBA Oklahoma Car Shows (collectively, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1) What we do
ACS provides event hubs and tools for the car-show community—e.g., calendars, directories, judge certification, show registrations, and marketing assets for show directors.
2) What we collect (minimal by design)
- Account & registration data: name, email, phone (optional), city/state, vehicle details, classes entered, T-shirt size, and similar event fields.
- Payment data: processed by third-party payment processors (see Section 6). We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages, support requests, marketing opt-ins (email/SMS).
- Usage data & cookies: device/browser, IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, and cookie identifiers for security and analytics.
- User-submitted content: event listings, car-for-sale posts, photos, comments.
3) What we don’t do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not profile for advertising beyond our own event/service promotions.
- We minimize retention (see Section 9).
4) Why we use data (lawful bases)
- Provide services & fulfill transactions (contract).
- Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
- Service improvement & analytics (legitimate interests, with opt-out controls via browser/cookie settings).
- Legal compliance (legal obligation).
- Marketing with consent (email/SMS opt-in; you may opt out anytime).
5) Cookies & similar tech
We use strictly necessary cookies (security/session), functional cookies (preferences), and limited analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect features (e.g., login, checkout).
6) Payments & security
Payments are handled by secure payment portal services such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, or NMI. These providers offer PCI-compliant checkout flows with HTTPS/TLS encryption, AI fraud detection, and 3D Secure where available. ACS never stores full payment card numbers.
7) Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers (hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment processors) under confidentiality agreements;
- Event partners (limited registration data necessary to operate a specific show you join);
- Legal & safety requests when required by law.
- We do not sell data.
- 8) International users
- Our systems may process data in the United States. Where required, we rely on contractual protections (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). By using the Sites, you understand your data may be transferred to the U.S.
- 9) Retention (short by default)
- Accounts/registrations: kept while your account is active and no longer than 24 months after last activity unless law requires longer.
- Emails/SMS consent logs: up to 24 months after opt-out.
- Server/security logs: typically 90–180 days.
We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed.
- 10) Your rights
- Depending on your region, you may access, correct, download, or delete your data; opt out of marketing; and object to processing. Request via support@americacarshows.com. We respond within applicable timeframes.
- 11) Children
- Our services are for ages 16+ (or higher where required). We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to remove it.
- 12) User content visibility
- Event listings, club listings, for-sale posts, and winner circles may be public. Do not post sensitive personal data.
- 13) Links
- Third-party sites are not controlled by ACS. Review their policies separately.
- 14) Changes
- We may update this Policy. We’ll post a revised date and, when material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.

- These Terms govern your use of AmericaCarShows.com and affiliated properties (including OklahomaCarShows.com). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
- 1) Who we are
- America Car Shows Inc. (ACS), including our DBA Oklahoma Car Shows, PO Box 35511, Tulsa, OK 74153, USA. Contact: support@americacarshows.com.
- 2) Services
- We provide a car-show hub, event listings, registration tools, judge certification, directories, marketing assets, and related services for enthusiasts and show directors.
- 3) Accounts & accuracy
- You’re responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. Notify us of unauthorized use.
- 4) Acceptable use
- Do not: (a) post illegal or infringing content; (b) harass, spam, or scrape; (c) attempt to bypass security; (d) misuse event tools (e.g., fraudulent entries or votes). We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
- 5) User content & license
- You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, listings, event info). You grant ACS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the relevant event(s) and the Sites. You warrant you have rights to what you submit and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
- 6) Directory & marketplace disclaimer
- ACS is not a party to transactions between users (e.g., car sales, services). Listings are independent. ACS is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from such interactions.
- 7) Event registrations, tickets, and fees
- Event terms (dates, classes, pricing, shirt options, discounts, refund rules) may vary by show and will be shown at checkout. Some options are online-only. Taxes/fees may apply. Chargebacks or unpaid balances may result in cancellation.
- 8) Payments
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal, NMI) using PCI-compliant methods with TLS encryption, 3D Secure, and fraud screening where supported. ACS does not store full card numbers.
- 9) SMS, email, notifications
- By providing your phone/email, you consent to receive operational messages (e.g., registration confirmations, schedule updates, judge reminders). Marketing messages require opt-in and include opt-out instructions. Standard carrier/data rates may apply.
- 10) Intellectual property
- All platform technology, templates, themes, plugins, workflows, and tools used to deliver the services are owned by or licensed to ACS and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal use (or for your event if you are a show director) during the applicable term. No copying, resale, reverse engineering, or competing use.
- 11) Warranties & disclaimers
- THE SITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- 12) Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACS and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to ACS for the applicable service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- 13) Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACS from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
- 14) Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access (including removal of content) for violations or to protect users and the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.
- 15) Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court action is Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Where required, we may offer informal resolution first; if not resolved, the parties may agree to mediation or arbitration.
- 16) Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms. We’ll post the effective date and, when material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
